Innovitech succeeds in managing the CRIAQ
Since November 2003, André Bazergui, partner at Innovitech,
and his team manage the CRIAQ, (Consortium for Research and
Innovation in Aerospace in Quebec), and have far exceeded
all expectations in terms of projects,
universities-industries cooperations and for the recruitment
of new members. With more than 30 industrial members, 13
members from universities and research centres, and 7
associated members, the CRIAQ is now an international
synergy
reference for collaborative pre-competitive projects. In the
past 5 years, the CRIAQ has launched, or will in a very near
future, more than 50 projects, and each project, with a
3-year average period of time, involves at least two
industries and two research organisations (universities,
research centres) who cooperate on
wide-range
projects fulfilling the aerospace industry’s requirements.
Bringing its support
to Aéro Montréal’s priorities (the aerospace cluster for
Metropolitan Montreal and for the aerospace industry for the
province of Quebec), the CRIAQ has a strong
impact
on the preparation of the “next generation” in this high
tech sector for the province of Quebec. Strong with its
realizations, the CRIAQ is now ready for an international
involvement with the launching of the Quebec-India project
and several other activities across Canada.
Another Innovitech realization of innovative strategy and
mobilization.
