Camille Gagnon, Eng, President and Founder

Camille Gagnon has more
than 30 years of experience in consultation on developing,
managing and promoting high tech projects. His acumen for
strategic innovation coupled with his devotion to the field
led him to establish Innovitech in 1990. As a strategic
broker and promoter of innovation among private businesses,
public institutions and universities, Camille has taken
Innovitech onto local, national and international stages,
turning his company into a leader in innovation. His
accomplishments over the years have included managing
innovation, developing science and industry clusters,
setting up and promoting innovation consortiums.

Bazergui, Ph.D., L.L.D., Eng., Partner

André Bazergui joined
Innovitech in 1998 and has since collaborated on a number of
important strategic mandates in the sectors of aerospace,
life sciences and media arts. He was the driving force
behind the creation of the Institute for Research/Creation
in Media Arts and Technologies as well as CRIAQ (Consortium
for Research and Innovation in Aerospace in Quebec). André
served two four-year terms as Director General (CEO) and
Vice-Chairman of the Board of École Polytechnique de
Montréal, where he also taught for 30 years. In addition to
his valuable contributions with Innovitech, André is
currently holding the position of Chief Executive Officer at

Dominique
Sauvé, Eng, M.Eng., MBA, Director of Operations,

Dominique Sauvé has been active in the
aerospace industry for the past fifteen years. She holds a
Master degree in aerospace engineering from École
Polytechnique de Montréal. Mrs. Sauvé first worked as a
structural engineer at Bombardier Aerospace, and specialized
in damage tolerance. In 2000, she won the prestigious
« Business Economist Challenge » from The Economist
while obtaining an MBA at HEC Montreal (Hautes Études
Commerciales). She then joined the CTA (Centre technologique
en aérospatiale) as Director, and was instrumental in
putting together a major project in the field of High Speed
Machining, as well as positioning CTA as an important
innovation center through partnerships development.
Mrs. Sauvé
joined CRIAQ in 2006 as Project Manager.
She coordinates and integrates the technical
and legal aspects of CRIAQ projects through pre-competitive
research project agreements. |

Sylvain Cofsky,

Sylvain Cofsky joined CRIAQ in August 2009 as
Director, Special projects, and will be assigned the role of
GARDN Network Manager as part of the CRIAQ-GARDN Agreement.
For more than 5 years, Sylvain Cofsky was a key player in
NanoQuébec, an organization created by the Canadian and
Quebec governments to structure nanotechnology in Quebec,
and became its Director General in January 2007. Under his
leadership, NanoQuébec adopted a business plan that made it
possible to obtain major triennial funding from governments.
He was instrumental in negotiating the MOU signed in 2008
between NanoQuébec and CRIAQ. In the past year, he was with
the Canadian Space Agency as Innovation and Research Advisor
for the Life and Physical Sciences. Mr. Cofsky obtained his
undergraduate degree from the École des Hautes Études
Commerciales of Montreal in 1990 and a Masters degree in
Science from the Université de Montréal in 1993.

Cédric Prince, M.Sc,

Cédric joined Innovitech
in 2007 as an analyst. He works on various projects and more
specifically on the strategic planning of Quebec’s research
parks and on their business models. He is involved in the
comprehension and benchmarking of those models as well as in
all the consulting process with the customers. Cédric has a
strong interest in mobilizing academic, corporate or
governmental actors in the innovation field. He has an
expertise in strategic planning, benchmarking, innovation
and the implementation of innovative ideas. Before joining
Innovitech, Cédric worked in mandates for other consulting
firms and acted as Vice-President Communication of the HEC
Management Consulting Club. Cédric holds a Master degree
(M.Sc.) in management from HEC Montréal. |

Chantal Vernier,
Consultant, CRIAQ

Chantal Vernier has an expertise of more than
20 years in communications, advertising and consultation.
Thanks to her client-oriented competency and professional
skills, she has evolved in the business development and
client services spheres, first in the pharmaceutical and
advertising sectors, then in the consulting sector when
joining Innovitech in 1992. From 2002 to 2007, as Director
of Communications, she worked principally on project
coordination and corporate image aspects where she ensured
consistent and professional standards for all reports, key
documentation and corporate tools. As a Consultant at CRIAQ
since 2008, Chantal Vernier is mainly involved in the
elaboration of research pre-competitive project agreements
and coordinates follow-up activities with industry and
university collaborators. Chantal Vernier holds a Bachelor’s
degree in translation from Université de Montréal.

Yvonne Kramer,

An
effective, multi-lingual executive with excellent
communication, interpersonal, analytical and
organizational skills combining solid knowledge of Big
Pharma, Venture Capital and Biotechnology. 16 years of
collective experience, including a Canadian biotech
company, a Venture Capital firm investing in health care
and life science, and 8 years of international
experience in a Major Pharmaceutical company.

Falcucci,

Audrey
Falcucci a un profil en gestion internationale. Elle
détient une maîtrise en Gestion du développement local
et international de l’Université de Sherbrooke. Elle a
effectué un stage à la Communauté métropolitaine de
Montréal au service du développement économique
métropolitain. Récemment, madame Falcucci a intégré
l’équipe d’Innovitech au sein de laquelle elle participe
activement à des projets d’innovation visant à faciliter
le transfert technologique entre les universités et
l’industrie. Les mandats sur lesquels elle travaille
touchent plus particulièrement le positionnement
stratégique des organisations, la promotion et la
valorisation sectorielles mais également les
problématiques relatives à l’attraction et à la mise en
valeur des territoires.
